The Brewery

An inside view of our kettle. We are boiling and adding our hops prior to fermentation.

We use a 7 barrel (1 barrel is 31 gallons) pub system. It is a two-vessel, copper-clad steam jacketed brewhouse, with 4 cylindro-conical fermenters and 7 dish-bottom serving tanks.

Our fermenters are temperature controlled for consistent fermentation in every beer. Brewmaster Adam Orrick smiles despite the mess he has to clean up following tranferring a beer from fermenter to serving tank. It is always easy to smile with hundreds of gallons of beer fermenting just feet away.

Our mashtun is where the malt and water are combined to begin the brewing process.
