The new beer

The new Grove Street Wheat is fermenting away. We brewed it Thursday, so it should be ready in the coming weeks. Of course, we will have to make some space for it in the cellar, which means everybody has to come in and drink some beer(s). It is a Bavarian style hefeweizen, so expect some spicy, tart flavors and aromas. It should be a good beer for the summertime.
