A new brew day

It is a little past 6:15 a.m. and we are mashed in and getting things going over here at Grove Street.  Brewing a third flight of the Limerick Ale (our blonde style beer, made with a bit of white wheat).  The first went so quickly, and the second is moving nearly as fast, so we decided we better keep a stock of it.  Glad to see that it is a popular beer.  With the World Series over and finished, everyone can focus their attention on all levels of football, and pints.

  1. My wife Bridgett and I are weekly customers sometimes more, we are so thrilled that there is now a nice place with a good atmosphere in Shelton to sit down and have a brew. Thank you for all your hard work and commitment to your wonderful brewery.
