About Us

Grove Street Brewhouse, the first brewery in Mason County, opened for business in October 2009. Owned by local couple Jeff and Tessie Thompson, the Pontiac dealership-turned-brewery in downtown Shelton features its own on-site pub brewery, much of the original timber, frame, and woodwork, a bar serving 7+ housemade beers, local wines and ciders, housemade sodas, an impressive variety of specialty teas, and a full kitchen serving house baked goods and homemade pub fare. Run by the Thompsons, along with their two daughters, and a fantastic kitchen, service, and brewery crew, GSB invites you to join us for lunch, dinner, or just a couple beers. We are all-ages friendly, so bring your family and neighbors. Short for “Public House”, our goal is bring the true meeting place “pub” culture to Shelton and Mason County.

Hi Tessie,
We were talking a couple weeks ago and you mentioned that you’d like to put up some pictures from our drawing group. Well, I’d like to arrange a time for you to look at them.
Please let me know. I’m available weekends, evenings and Tuesdays.
